Graham PatrickO BRIENO'BRIEN Graham Patrick. Passed away at the RUH on Sunday, July 22nd, aged 60 years after a long illness borne with great bravery. Beloved Husband of Christine, Father to Kim, Father in Law to Mat and a much loved Grandad to Shannon, Keeley, Kian and Callum.
